Build the creative, technical and production capabilities your organisation needs through practical training from EFXCO Academy.
The Human Resource Development Corporation, commonly known as HRD Corp and formerly associated with the name HRDF, supports employers in retraining and upskilling employees according to their operational and business requirements.
Under the HRD Corp Claimable Courses framework, eligible registered employers may apply for financial assistance for approved training delivered by registered training providers. Applications are submitted by employers through e-TRiS before training begins.

EFXCO helps organisations identify a suitable learning pathway and prepares the training-provider documents for the agreed programme. These commonly include the quotation, course outline or content, schedule and trainer profile.
Selected registered programmes may be eligible under the HRD Corp Claimable Courses framework, subject to your organisation’s eligibility, available levy balance, programme registration, grant approval and current HRD Corp requirements.

Application through e-TRiS
The registered employer submits the grant application through HRD Corp’s e-TRiS platform. HRD Corp’s current guidance lists the quotation or invoice, training schedule or course content, and trainer profile among the core application documents. HRD Corp may request additional information.
Training formats
Depending on the registered programme and current requirements, training may be conducted in-house, publicly, remotely or through another approved delivery format. EFXCO can discuss classroom training in Cyberjaya, delivery at an agreed client location, live online training or an appropriate blended approach.
Allowable costs
Eligible support may include course fees and selected related expenses. Employers should use HRD Corp’s current Allowable Cost Matrix to confirm eligibility, limits and supporting-document requirements rather than relying on old rates or third-party summaries.
