Build the practical creative, technical and production capabilities your organisation needs.
Generic software demonstrations rarely solve a team’s real production challenges. EFXCO begins by understanding who needs training, what they already know, how the organisation works and what participants should be able to produce or improve after the programme.
We can recommend an existing course, adapt selected modules or discuss a customised programme that reflects your team’s roles, project requirements, preferred delivery format and available training time.
Adobe Design, Video and Motion: Develop practical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and connected creative workflows for design, communications and content production.
Video Editing and Content Creation: Strengthen planning, filming, editing, audio, graphics and platform-ready content workflows for marketing, communications and internal production teams.
Creative AI for Content Teams: Explore responsible, practical uses of generative AI within ideation, visual development, content production and review workflows. The final programme should reflect the organisation’s approved tools and policies.
Unreal Engine and Real-Time Production: Build real-time 3D skills for games, animation, motion design, visualisation, interactive media, VFX or virtual-production workflows.
Blender, Houdini and Procedural 3D: Develop 3D modelling, materials, lighting, animation, rendering or procedural-production skills according to the team’s existing experience and intended output.
Nuke and VFX Compositing: Build node-based compositing skills for film, television, animation and visual-effects pipelines, from foundations through role-appropriate advanced workflows.
Unity and Interactive Content: Introduce real-time application, game-development and interactive-media workflows for creative and technical teams.
Industry-led instruction: Training is delivered by practitioners and instructors with relevant teaching and production experience.
Customisable programmes: Course content, examples, exercises, schedule and delivery format can be discussed around the organisation’s needs and participant level.
Project-based learning: Where appropriate, participants learn through guided exercises and practical outputs instead of software-feature demonstrations alone.
Connected creative disciplines: EFXCO supports design, content creation, 3D, real-time production, VFX, motion, interactive media and creative AI within one related training ecosystem.
Flexible delivery: Programmes may be delivered at EFXCO Academy in Cyberjaya, at an agreed client site, live online or through a suitable blended format.
Malaysia-based support: Organisations can discuss local coordination, course documentation, training logistics and post-course recommendations with the EFXCO team.
Delivery format, minimum participant numbers, equipment, software licences, venue requirements and travel arrangements should be confirmed in the proposal.

GUIDED PRACTICAL TRAINING
1. Tell us what your team needs: Share the roles involved, participant count, current experience, preferred dates, location and desired business or production outcome.
2. Training-needs discussion: EFXCO clarifies the skills gap, workflow context, delivery constraints and whether an existing or customised programme is appropriate.
3. Proposal and course outline: You receive a proposed scope, learning outcomes, delivery format, schedule, trainer information and commercial details.
4. Programme delivery: The trainer delivers the agreed programme using demonstrations, guided exercises, discussion and practical work suited to the course.
5. Completion and next steps: EFXCO can provide the agreed completion documentation and recommend further learning or capability-development priorities.

HARDWARE AND LICENSED SOFTWARE PROVIDED DURING TRAINING
EFXCO Academy is an HRD Corp registered training provider. Selected programmes may be eligible under the HRD Corp Claimable Courses framework when the employer, programme, grant application and supporting documentation meet the current requirements.
HRD Corp states that programmes offered under the Claimable Courses Scheme must be registered and that employer applications must be submitted before training commences. Eligibility, allowable costs, approval timelines and documentation can change, so the employer should confirm the current requirements in e-TRiS and with HRD Corp before finalising the programme.
HRD Corp claim support may be available for eligible employers and registered programmes. Approval is subject to current HRD Corp requirements.
