Build me a personal hourly time tracker as a single, self-contained HTML page that works well on my phone and my computer. I'm not a developer, so give me the finished page ready to run, with no setup steps. WHAT IT SHOULD DO 1. Day view - Show a list of all 24 hours of the selected day (12 AM to 12 AM). - Tap an hour to open a small panel where I pick one category and optionally type a short note, then save. - Hours from [12 AM to 8 AM] are automatically marked as Sleep unless I change them. - Highlight the current hour, and mark past hours I haven't logged with a small "Log" tag. - Show a one-line colour bar of the whole day at the top, with a summary of hours per category. 2. Categories - Start with these categories: [Work, Meetings, Learning, Exercise, Family, Meals and rest, Commute, Sleep]. - Let me rename categories, change their colours, add new ones, and remove them. - Let me tick which categories count as "Work". 3. Week view and Month view - Tabs for Day, Week and Month, with arrows to move to the previous or next week or month, and a Today button. - In Week and Month views show: a) total work hours, b) average work hours per day, c) average sleep per night, d) the percentage of waking hours I have actually logged, e) a Work vs Everything Else split bar, f) a chart of where the time went, with a toggle to switch between Bars, Columns and Pie, g) a day-by-day chart of work hours versus other waking hours, h) for Week view only, a heat map of the 7 days by 24 hours. - Tapping a day in any chart opens that day. 4. Faster logging - A floating button that logs the hour that just finished. - A "Same as previous hour" shortcut. - A choice to apply one entry to the last 2, 3, 4 or 6 hours at once, because I only log a few times a day. 5. Saving my data - Save everything in the browser's local storage so it is still there when I reopen the page. - Add Export and Import buttons so I can back up my data to a file and restore it. DESIGN - Clean, modern, mobile first, with big tap targets. - Support light mode and dark mode automatically. - Use a calm colour palette, and make sure text is easy to read in both modes. - No external libraries. Everything must live in this one file. If anything is unclear, make a sensible choice and keep going. Do not ask me questions first. When you are done, tell me in two sentences how to open it and how to put it on my phone's home screen.
