Good to know.
Do we have to travel to Cyberjaya?
No. For teams of 5 or more we train at your premises in Penang. Our trainer travels to Bayan Lepas, George Town or wherever your team is based. Individuals can also join our public classes in Cyberjaya or live online.
Is the training HRD Corp claimable?
Yes, usually. EFXCO Academy is an HRD Corp registered training provider, and we prepare the quotation and course documents for your grant application.
Who pays for the trainer's travel?
For in-house training outside the Klang Valley, the trainer's travel and accommodation are quoted upfront in the same quotation, so there are no surprises.
What do we need to prepare?
A training room with a projector and one computer per participant with the software installed. We send the exact requirements and can help check your machines before the class.
Can staff in different branches join together?
Yes. We can run the class live online, or train at one location while colleagues from other branches join remotely.
How do I get the dates and fees?
Get the free brochure for the course you want, or book a free 15-minute chat with one of our trainers.
We also train teams across Malaysia.
